Party season is officially underway and what every lady (young or old) needs in their wardrobe is an LBD ‘little black dress’. Your (if everything else fails dress) especially if you like to try something a bit different and it doesn’t usually go to plan. FYI Black Friday starts just in time for party season (around 25th November 2016 in the U.K) But don’t forget to look out for brilliant deals from various retailers through out November and leading up to Christmas.
This is my choice of ‘LBD’ from boohoo.com, Cara Bardot midi bodycon dress. I love the neck-line and the little off the shoulder sleeves. I would also say to be carful to even the skinniest of girls, ‘bodycon’ you won’t be conning anyone especially with that tightness. I guess it’s suppose to pull you in but sometimes some things don’t go to place, especially if you eat a bit too much at your Christmas gatherings. Luckily it’s your black ‘save me/go to’ dress and hides all your nooks and crannies better than any other colour could.
I’ve styled this dress with my small black ankle boots also from boohoo. It’s winter, you don’t want cold feet on your way home from your christmas party. Teamed with this faux brown leather jacket from F and F (Tesco). Then to finish I’ve gone for this gold chain, off the shoulder bag from river island. The perfect size for all your party essentials. Phone, money, chewing gum, straws, eyeliner, little perfume, tangle teezer and most importantly your identification for all them alcoholic beverages!
